Privacy

If you sign up, we store your email address and the date you signed up. We use it only to send the weekly list. We never sell or share it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or email hello@whatsbeingbuiltli.com and we'll delete you.

We count page visits with a simple first-party counter that stores a daily hashed ID, not cookies for advertising. We use no ad trackers.

The business listings are public New York State records. We show the business name, type, town, county and filing date. We don't publish street addresses or personal contact details. To have a listing removed from this site, email us the exact name.
